2. Rental Services

  • Unicabs offers various car rental services including self-drive cars, Dolo wedding cars, car rental services for local use, and outstation car rentals.

3. Booking and Rental

  • Clients must provide accurate information during the booking process, including personal details, rental duration, and destination.
  • Booking confirmation is subject to availability. Unicabs reserves the right to decline a booking request.
  • Rental charges are based on the type of vehicle, duration of rental, and additional services availed.
  • Clients must possess a valid driver’s license and adhere to all local traffic regulations.
  • Rental duration begins and ends as per the agreed-upon time stated in the booking confirmation.

4. Payment

  • Payment for rental services must be made in advance or as agreed upon during the booking process.
  • Additional charges may apply for late returns, damage to the vehicle, or any other breaches of these Terms.
  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified by Unicabs.

5. Vehicle Usage

  • Clients are responsible for the safe and lawful operation of the rented vehicle.
  • Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as received, with normal wear and tear expected.
  • Clients are liable for any damage caused to the vehicle during the rental period, including interior damage.
  • Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited inside the rented vehicles.

6. Insurance

  • Unicabs provides basic insurance coverage for rented vehicles. Additional insurance options may be available upon request.
  • Clients are responsible for any deductibles associated with insurance claims.

7. Cancellation and Amendments

  • Clients may cancel or amend their booking subject to the cancellation policy outlined during the booking process.
  • Unicabs reserves the right to charge cancellation fees for late cancellations or no-shows.

8. Liability

  • Unicabs is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to accidents, vehicle breakdowns, or road closures.
  • Clients are responsible for their personal belongings left in the rented vehicles.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ludhiana, Punjab.
